All orders at DRESSORE undergo meticulous quality checks before shipment. Due to our made-to-order approach for certain collections, processing may take 3-5 business days (longer than standard fast fashion). Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled—though our extended return window offers flexibility.
We stand by our craftsmanship. You may return unworn items with original tags within 21 days of delivery (extended from industry standard). For exchanges, we offer 30 days to accommodate international shipping delays common with premium fabrics. Simply initiate a return through www.dressore.shop and select exchange options. Note: Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable" are excluded.
To preserve our luxury standards, returns must: (1) Show no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup stains (2) Include all original packaging including DRESSORE dust bags (3) Have intact security tags. We conduct three-point inspections upon receipt. Items failing inspection will be returned to you at your cost within 10 business days with a detailed condition report.
Refunds take 10 business days after we receive your return—this extended period accounts for our artisan-quality verification process. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any applicable return shipping charges. For payments made via PayPal/credit card, additional 3-5 banking days may apply before funds appear in your account.
Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong/damaged item). We recommend insured tracked shipping—DRESSORE isn't liable for lost return packages. For exchanges over $300, we provide prepaid DHL labels (deducted from your refund if unused).
Report quality issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos/videos. We'll arrange free return shipping and expedite replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception to our standard policy reflects our commitment to excellence.
Custom/dyed-to-order pieces are final sale. For holiday purchases (November 15 - December 24), the return window extends to January 15. Wedding/bridal collections have separate policies—consult your stylist. DRESSORE reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return rates (>40% of orders).
